ICART is a management cultural & market art school based in Paris, which has a specialization in Music Business management. Resonance has collaborated closely with the program's management team to develop a dedicated focus week on Innovation in Music.

Spotlight on MusicTech at ICART

ICART's core mission is to educate the future generation of music professionals and has forged partnerships with key industry organizations such as PRODISS, Live Nation, and SNEP. The key in their curriculum is providing students with a comprehensive understanding of the music industry, from the traditional roles to the fast-paced digital transition itโ€™s facing.

On that part, innovation is seamlessly integrated into their training approach. This is where Resonance comes in. We provide students with insights into MusicTech through an extensive overview of the industry landscape, leveraging research conducted by Music Tech France to highlight key trends and the multitude of companies shaping the field.

Hands-on Learning in MusicTech

During the focus week, guest speakers visit ICART to share their insights and showcase their companies and initiatives. This is a key moment to get into Innovation itself when dedicated to Music. From immersive experience producers to pioneering live event concepts and innovative artist marketing services, a wide range of topics are explored in class.

Following these discussions, students are challenged to step into the shoes of MusicTech companies by presenting their very own pitch deck to us. A real exercise all project creators have to face on a very regular basis. And we have to say, every year the projects that are chosen or invented and presented by the students are impressive!
